Specializing in the Traditional and Spiritual forms of Northern Shaolin, Tai Chi Praying Mantis, Seven Star Praying Mantis, Plum Flower Praying Mantis, the Eighteen Classical Weapons, Yang, Chen & Wu Tai Chi Chuan, Baguazhang, Hsing Yi, Internal Chi Kung & Nei Gung methods of Wudang and Shaolin, and the Five Families Choi, Lee, Lau, Fut, Mok, Hung/ Five Animal Snake, Tiger, Crane, Dragon, Leopard forms of the Southern Fist.
