1. Make a right on Lomita Blvd or East.

2. Make a left on Vermont or North.

3. Make a right on Sepulveda Blvd towards the Freeway.

4. Go under the bridge to 110 North Harbor Freeway.

5. Go pass the 405 Freeway to the 91 Freeway and go East towards Long Beach.

6. Make a right on Downey Blvd or South.

7. Go down towards 59th Street and make a right or West, go to the end of the street and on the left hand side will be the Metroflex Gym.
