Tamo created Shaolin - Yi Jin Jing which is Muscle Tendon Change Classic which dates back 1300 years ago. This was taught ot all the monks to have strength and power to defend the temple from bandits and the Government. It makes the body, mind and spirit to be forged like a weapon inside and out. This is the main stream of all Qigong that has been developed over the many years since Tamo created the 18 Lohan exercises.
